Their team of specialists offer pension reviews, tax, and retirement planning and investment advice to a wide range of private clients.

The business, based in Newcastle is constantly growing and looking to attract professionals who share their passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Talentheads supported Reeves with their request for a bespoke solution to up-skill members from across the business, in the planning and delivery of assessments and interviews.

Delivering the Perfect Picks Interviewing Skills course, provided the team an insight into innovative and new ways to assess candidates in addition to the standard interview.

The course covered questioning techniques, tips for interviewing planning, delivering and feedback as well as focusing on questioning types to use to get the best from candidates in an interview and how to ensure unconscious bias is avoided in order to create a great experience for candidates.

Attendees represented a wide variety of roles and experience from throughout the business for the one-day workshop delivered in-house at their Newcastle office.

After the successful training day, they felt more knowledgeable, confident, inspired and ready to implement everything they had learned!

Here’s what they had to say;

"Very knowledgeable and informative – the trainers were able to cover everything that was requested – great training!"

"Both Judith and Lauren were very knowledgeable – I enjoyed the session."

"Great session. I feel I have the confidence now to ask the right questions in interviews – thank you!"
