Our client is the iconic creator of some of the best known and loved soft drinks, tonics and
mixers.
Fentimans, established in 1905 by Thomas Fentiman, is a Hexham based family business
(it’s currently owned by the great grandson of Thomas, Eldon Robson) and has been
creating and producing some of the best loved drinks for well over a century.
The recognisable dog that guards every bottle of Fentimans is Fearless, the faithful
companion of the Founder, Thomas Fentiman. Head Office is named after her where she
stands guard to this day!
Living the company values of Innovative, Belief, Collaboration, Quality and Integrity is
essential to Fentimans so Talentheads were invited to work with the People Team on
reviewing and recommending improvements to the existing internal onboarding and
offboarding process to enable management to continually enhance talent management – a
key focus for this ambitious company.
Talentheads delivered the popular Hello! Goodbye! workshop to the People Team where we
reviewed and discussed how to make further improvements to the existing onboarding
process and induction programme as well as how we can use feedback from leavers to
facilitate a process of continuous improvement.
After the training, the team felt more confident, inspired and ready to implement everything
they had learned.
