Talentheads partnered with a growing automotive business based in Stockton, supporting their recruitment campaigns for 6 roles. Strengthening and developing their business.

Riverside Commercial Services in Stockton are a growing automotive business who provide a high-quality service for their customers, responsible for maintaining and repairing customer vehicles, fleets and inspecting vehicles to VOSA standard.

Due to this growth, the team had little time to invest in recruitment. Needing talent, but not being able to invest in the necessary time and effort is where Talentheads came in.

Effectively working as their inhouse recruitment team and armed with an good understanding of the business, we were able to deliver full recruitment campaigns for the six identified roles within the business; Van Technician, Parts Advisor, Shift Supervisor, HGV Drivers along to Customer Service Advisor and Heath, Safety and Wellbeing Manager.

This included managing the attraction and selection, providing a great Riverside candidate experience and promotion of the employer brand.

Riverside were regularly updated throughout the campaign and fully involved in the shortlisting and interviewing. This successful partnership resulted in a number of appointments along with increased brand awareness across the region. Supporting the development and growth of the business.

Riverside have successfully hired 7 new employee’s so far, gaining the right talent for their business, not just for now but for the future.
