Undertook listening sessions with all staff to gauge the understanding of the business
Fed back findings to the Directors and undertook the following:
Gathered various staff members within various areas of the business to create a Steering Group
Conducted a Values Workshop with the group and completed a number of exercises which resulted in the creationof 4 Values.
The Steering group then presented the chosen Values to the Company Directors, and recieved sign off
Create visuals and a communication plan to share the chosen values with the rest of the business.
