Working together to draft the job advert, advertising the role as Reeves Independent, then reviewing and speaking with all 60 interested candidates to selected a strong shortlist - we successfully arranged onsite interviews and ultimately filled the newly created role with an individual who had the skills and values match to support the further growth of the business.
