We partnered up with Reeves Independent when they were looking to recruit a new Head of People.

Reeves Independent have grown into a specialist independent financial advice firm. Experts in pension advice, retirement planning & investment services. They are a Financial Times Top 100 Adviser, and their sole aim is to help clients build financial security.

As an established business they were looking to cement their leadership team with a Head of People.

Talentheads, as their internal recruitment team, we set the scope for the role with their leadership team so we fully understood the type of candidate that would be suitable for the position.

Working together to draft the job advert, advertising the role as Reeves Independent, then reviewing and speaking with all 60 interested candidates to selected a strong shortlist - we successfully arranged onsite interviews and ultimately filled the newly created role with an individual who had the skills and values match to support the further growth of the business.
