CSR

Here at Talentheads we not only partner with our clients in supporting their recruitment needs we also continue to develop our principles at Talentheads!

Since we began, we always consider our why and what we do, in amongst this social responsibility is always at the forefront – as you know we are a passionate collective here at Talentheads and recently we have been focussing on our Corporate Social
Responsibility plans.

There is no defined list of things a business “must” do to be socially responsible – the only prerequisite is that it’s a genuine cause the business believes in.

Who We
Partner With

Alzheimer’s Research UK

Alzheimer’s Research UK is a natural fit to Talentheads, our values and their legacy, it is also important personally to most of the team; we wanted to ensure we support a charity that we care and are passionate about!

It is exciting times ahead as we forge our partnership and begin our journey together. Here at Talentheads our CSR aims to encourage and improve the lives and situations of as many people as possible matching our community and legacy values. Take a look at the video where Lesley and Sara discuss why we have partnered, more about Alzheimer’s Research UK and the exciting fundraising challenges and adventures we are about to embark on!!

2022 Morpeth Wildcats

Community is one of our values, and we love nothing better than supporting our local community….in 2022 we sponsored Morpeth Town Juniors FC – the Wildcats!

Morpeth Town Juniors have been working alongside Talentheads to further promote female football in the town. Hot on the heels of England’s Lionesses winning the Euros last year, there is a growing interest for girls and women to play football and whilst there is not (currently) a women’s team in Morpeth, the junior club boasts 9 female squads ranging from the pre-team U6s & U7s up to our U15 side.

“The club would like to express their thanks to Sam and her team, not only for their support of the girls’ section at the club, but for also adding some expertise and content to its digital platforms over the year.”

2023 RIO Swimmers

Talentheads loves our CommunitY.

So, we have decided that we take the plunge in supporting 3 Morpeth Under 15yr swimmers – Jacob, Gabi and Seren – who will be representing English Schools in the International School Sport Federation in World School Games held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in August 2023.

How very exciting?!!!

This once in a lifetime opportunity doesn’t only just showcase inspiring swimming talent but also represents their small swimming club nestled in the heart of Northumberland – right next to Talentheads HQ!

Morpeth Fair

A fantastic atmosphere, and it was great to see the local community that surrounds us here in Morpeth, lots of smiling faces and, more importantly, lots of wandering pups.

Joined by Alzheimer’s Research UK we would like to thank everyone who came to our stall and heard a little about ourselves and the charity work we are involved in.

We are very passionate about supporting important charities and our local community. Morpeth Fair encompasses our values, and we couldn’t have been happier to get involved; we’re certainly looking forward to next year!

Poverty Hurts

Community is one of Talentheads core Values, and as we know, it’s getting tough out there for our local communities when it comes to paying bills and feeding our loved ones. We are over the moon to have been a part of this fantastic project and to have also received our certificate of thanks too!

Talentheads are delighted to have been supporting the Poverty Hurts County Durham Community Foundation appeal aiding efforts towards fighting poverty within our local community.

To help your community, please follow their stories and see how you can help! Learn more

King Edwards IV High School Inspires event 2022 & 2023

The Talentheads attend annually the KEVI Inspires event to engage with future Talent and focus on different paths into careers. We offered our bespoke services to equip students with future- focused skills including how to write a CV and make it stand out, where to look for a job and how to prepare for an interview!

We truly enjoy engaging with our local school and meeting different students to discuss their thoughts on entering the working world! We took the opportunity as a team to share our knowledge and expert insights!

Armed Forces Covenant

Talentheads are honoured to have signed up to proudly support those who serve or have served in the armed forces by signing the Armed Forces Covenant.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation, ensuring that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

The Covenant is a national responsibility. The Government is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for the Armed Forces community by working with various delivery partners, including businesses, local authorities, charities and the public.

Businesses and local authorities who wish to support the Armed Forces community can sign the Covenant and publicly declare their commitments. Reservists and veterans bring a variety of transferable skills and qualities to the civilian workplace, developed throughout their military careers and companies of all shapes and sizes should consider the proven business benefits of hiring veterans.
