I have worked in recruitment for 5 years, consisting of hiring for a mix of contract and permanent vacancies in both the IT and manufacturing field around the UK and across Europe.
Most recently within a Talent Acquisition setting of high volume campaigns for major financial companies to smaller it start-ups. I had heard about Talentheads and was intrigued by their unique and innovative approach into the market.
