Northumberland-headquartered recruitment company Talentheads secured a significant contract with a health and wellbeing firm that is run by a former Dragons’ Den star.

Northumberland-headquartered recruitment company Talentheads secured a significant contract with a health and wellbeing firm that is run by a former Dragons’ Den star.

Talentheads launched by Sam Spoors in 2020, handled the recruitment for nutraceutical-company Vitabiotics, which turns over more than £300m annually.

Vitabiotics was founded in 1971 by Professor Kartar Lalvani and has been headed up by his son Tej, who starred on Dragons’ Den between 2017 and 2021, for more than 20 years.

Talentheads partnered with the business as an extension to its internal recruitment team, filling a number of specialist roles.
Sam said: “While we’re deeply proud of our North East roots and heritage, this partnership really proves that we’re moving onwards and upwards with our strategy, working with large, multinational companies as well as our regional clients.
