Founder and Director
I am highly experienced in supporting ambitious Senior Stakeholders with Talent Acquisition projects including mergers, pivot programmes, scale ups and restructures; I’ve partnered growing businesses in all sectors including hospitality, professional services, manufacturing, retail and customer service. I love to support businesses and I’m proud to also be an entrepreneur winning The English Women's Award - North in 2019 and currently Great British Entrepreneur finalist 2021.
I bring a wealth of experience in the delivery of Recruitment, Change Management, HR and Workforce Planning and Business Development. Together with expertise in Marketing Strategy and Planning, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement projects, Customer Acquisition and Retention, over a 20+ year career. I'm excited to work with your business, supporting your growth and delivering your talent acquisition and recruitment needs and more.
Talent Engagement Advisor
After finishing my Marketing and Management degree at Newcastle University, I am delighted to be joining Talentheads. I feel strongly in making a difference in talent and recruitment, enhanced by the disruptive nature of Talentheads. My enthusiastic and persistent personality will allow me to bring a progressive difference to everything I do. I am excited to have the opportunity to harness my creative energy from marketing roles to recruitment roles on all scales!

With a recently secured marketing degree it is my aspiration to to enhance Talentheads and provide fresh ideas and insights in supporting our clients and their businesses. My creative mindset will allow for some unique recommendations in both the recruitment and marketing domains. I have a genuine passion for the North East and its surrounding areas and look forward to playing a part in the growth of business in the region.
I am extremely passionate about my career, ensuring my clients are at the forefront of everything I do. My experience of in house recruitment, business development, change management and people development has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Talent Acquisition.
