I LOVE to support businesses and as a super proud Founder and Entrepreneur, in 2024 I was hugely honoured to be named as the Global 100 Women in Leadership Winner, following my success in being crowned the North East Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year 2023.I have also been shortlisted for multiple Great British Entrepreneur Award categories over the years.

My career started out in recruitment consultancy before I specialised in managing internal recruitment and learning & development functions within a wide range of organisations from healthcare to education to politics. I am a qualified coach and experienced training facilitator with ICF accredited diplomas in Personal Performance Development and Corporate and Executive Coaching.
My passion for learning and development along with recruitment has been a constant throughout my career. I have a strong focus on talent development, as I firmly believe that everyone possesses untapped potential that simply needs to be unlocked. With over 23 years of Recruitment experience, initially within agency, I have worked within a wide range of industries and sectors. I have gained a wealth of experience both within permanent and temporary recruitment which allows me to support the team to deliver quality services for volume and small projects and widen our talent services to our partners.
The most rewarding part of the role is making an impact to small businesses and creating high performing teams. Proud to be part of a Northumberland based business which is making an impact within the wider community.
I’ve worked in Recruitment for 10 years with most of my experience within Internal Recruitment for a large Management Consultancy. The nature of my roles means that I have a range of experiences across various industries, with much of my experience being within Banking & Financial Services but I’ve also worked within Energy, Marketing, Operations and Contact Centre industries.
Since my previous experience has mainly been within a large corporate environment, I’m very excited to join the Talentheads team and be part of a local, growing and exciting business.

I have a background in design, working both in-house and externally for a variety of companies in employment and freelance roles. My experience to date provides me with a skillset which is appliable to a range of different projects- which is perfect for Talentheads because there are always exciting projects happening!
As Talentheads creative I am part of the Executive team, and I am responsible for a variety of different roles including social media content creation, photography, marketing and events, graphic design for both Talentheads and our clients and more, meaning there is never a dull moment! I joined Talentheads because I wanted to be part of something that was really making a difference to peoples lives, as well as being part of a company who cares and shares the same values as I do.
My background is in Talent Acquisition at an international recruitment agency based in London. I have worked in recruitment for 2 years, before taking a career hiatus and turning to teaching at the start of the pandemic.
