Take our long-term partnership with Reheat, a team of low carbon energy specialists helping organisations of all sizes make the transition to renewable energy. Based in Northumberland but with national reach, Reheat weren’t just focused on growing their team – they wanted to embed a talent strategy that reflected their mission: creating a better future for people, businesses and the planet.
We became part of Reheat’s team – quite literally. For over two years, Talentheads worked on site every Friday, sitting alongside the senior leadership team to shape, challenge and lead all things talent. As Reheat’s internal recruitment function, we were responsible for designing and delivering every aspect of the hiring process – from workforce planning and campaign delivery to values-based interviewing and assessment centres.
We took the time to understand what made Reheat unique. Through competitor analysis, EVP development and deep insight into their culture, we helped define what kind of people would thrive within the business – and then set about finding them. We supported Future Talent programmes and senior hires alike, across roles in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Delivery, and Key Account Management.
Alongside delivery, we also equipped Reheat with the tools and knowledge to grow confidently – running training sessions on interview technique, values-based hiring, and how to use employer branding to attract the right people for long-term growth.
The results weren’t just visible in the hires made – but in the mindset shift that followed. Our partnership didn’t just fill roles, it changed the way Reheat approached recruitment altogether. A once cautious attitude to hiring became a values-led, confident, future-focused function – embedded with purpose.
