Our partnership with Unveiled Venues began in July 2023, supporting recruitment across two of their North East venues: The Highlander gastro pub and Ellingham Hall wedding venue.
Since then, Talentheads has supported Unveiled Venues with a range of key roles across their hospitality, sales and marketing teams. Our partnership has focused on understanding their business, attracting the right people and providing recruitment support throughout the process.
Talentheads supported Unveiled Venues across the full recruitment process, beginning with salary benchmarking, job description creation and advice on appropriate job titles to ensure each role was positioned effectively in the market.
We then sourced relevant candidates and managed the recruitment process through to interview, including candidate preparation, managing regrets and offers, and liaising around contracts. We also created and shared job adverts across social media to increase the visibility of their opportunities and reach a wider pool of potential candidates.
Our partnership has supported recruitment across both The Highlander and Ellingham Hall, including roles in management, sales, marketing and digital.
This included two Digital & Social Media Coordinator hires within 68 days, a General Manager for The Highlander within 43 days, a General Manager for Ellingham Hall within 29 days, a Wedding Sales Executive within 25 days and a Sales & Marketing Executive within 44 days.
Since the partnership began in 2023, Talentheads has supported six key hires across Unveiled Venues, with every role resulting in a successful appointment. These hires have strengthened the teams across both The Highlander and Ellingham Hall, covering critical positions across management, sales, marketing and digital.
The speed of delivery has also been a key part of the partnership, with roles filled in as little as 25 days, helping Unveiled Venues secure the people they needed without compromising on the quality of hire.
Beyond individual appointments, the partnership has given Unveiled Venues a consistent, trusted recruitment resource they can rely on when key roles arise. Talentheads has supported the business from initial salary benchmarking and market positioning through to candidate attraction, selection and appointment, providing an end-to-end recruitment capability without the need to build that resource internally.
The fact that Unveiled Venues has continued to work with Talentheads since 2023 demonstrates the longer-term value of the partnership. As the business has developed across its two venues, Talentheads has continued to support its talent needs, helping build the teams required to deliver that growth.
