At Talentheads, we’re proud to partner with organisations across a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing and tech to charities and professional services. No matter the industry, one thing always stays the same: when businesses hire the right people, they don’t just grow stronger teams – they create jobs, opportunities and lasting impact in their communities.

Take our recent partnership with UNW, a leading independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. UNW didn’t just want to develop their leadership team – they wanted to do it their way. That meant designing a talent development programme that aligned with their values, reflected their culture, and empowered their people to lead with purpose.

What we did

Over 12 months, Talentheads worked closely with UNW to design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme that sat at the heart of their learning and development offering.

From the outset, we listened – not just to the business goals, but to the needs of the individuals within the team. Together, we built a programme designed to identify strengths, elevate performance, and foster collaboration. Areas explored included communication, integrity, growth mindset, feedback, and building trusted relationships – all delivered in a way that felt authentic to UNW’s culture.

Rather than providing off-the-shelf training, we co-created each element of the programme with the team – ensuring it was not only relevant, but deeply rooted in the firm’s identity and long-term strategy.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The result was a leadership programme that did more than build skills – it built confidence, cohesion and direction. Individuals were empowered, teams worked more collaboratively, and the business saw stronger, more values-driven leadership emerge at every level.

So successful was the programme that it was recognised at the HR&D Awards 2025 – a proud moment for both UNW and Talentheads, and a testament to what can happen when leadership development is built with purpose and partnership.

For us, this is what recruitment reimagined really means. It’s not just about helping businesses grow today – it’s about creating the kind of workplaces that will still be thriving and supporting communities tomorrow.

At Talentheads, we’re proud to play a part in that bigger picture. Because when we say recruitment is about people, purpose and performance – we mean it.
